ZARD

The 3-in-1 Zard exhaust line for the 2023 Street Triple 765 is entirely made of Aisi 304 stainless steel with a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield.

The performance increase and the characteristic Zard sound make it an essential accessory.

The exhaust is available in a racing version with a removable db killer or in an E5 homologated version.

The Zard exhaust line dedicated to the Triumph Street Triple 765 MY 2023 is a product on which a design study has been carried out to best integrate the silencer with the fluid lines of the motorcycle.

Like all Zard exhausts, it is entirely handmade in Italy, at the Asti factory.

This is why you can install an accessory on your motorcycle with a very high technological content thanks to the experience of the best Italian specialized technicians.

Regarding the technical characteristics of the product, the exhaust line is available in Racing or Euro 5 homologated version.

Euro 5 homologated version:

The pre-silencer housing has an essential technical function, allowing the exhaust to maintain performance, noise levels, and emissions that enable the motorcycle to comply with strict E5 homologation regulations.

Thanks to the pre-silencer housing, it has been possible to create a silencer with reduced dimensions, allowing it to integrate perfectly into the motorcycle's design.

The heat shield and the end cap are made of carbon with a design study for the distribution of aerodynamic flows.

The weight of the original exhaust is 9.5 kg, the complete Zard homologated exhaust weighs 7.1 kg, resulting in a weight saving of 2.4 kg

In terms of performance, the Zard homologated exhaust, while respecting the parameters of European E5 homologation standards, allows for a power increase of 3% compared to the original.

WARNING the homologated version does not fit on the Street Triple 765 E5+!

Racing version:

The racing exhaust (not homologated for use on public roads) consists of a compensated three-in-one collector, a central collector with a lambda sensor connection, and a silencer.

The complete 3-1 kit with black ceramic treatment resistant to high temperatures is also available (complete black kit).

The weight of the original exhaust is 9.5 kg. The complete Zard racing exhaust line weighs 4.1 kg, resulting in a weight saving of 5.4 kg

In terms of performance, the Zard racing exhaust allows for a 7% power increase compared to the original exhaust.
