The F20K cartridge kit is a cartridge kit designed for intensive road use or track and competition. This kit is intended for those looking to significantly improve the road holding as well as the feel of their motorcycle, for both road and track use.
The F20K / F12R fork cartridge kits consist of the following elements :
· Spacer at the bottom of the fork for quick spring replacement.
· Kit of 4 hydraulic valves (valve = set of flaps): 1 compression valve + 1 rebound valve + 2 anti-cavitation valves.
· Springs (stiffness depending on use and rider weight)
· Bottom of the stroke type "speed sensitive"
· Aluminum spacer
· Spring preload adjustment cap
· Hydraulic rebound adjustment
· Hydraulic compression adjustment
· Dedicated Motorex oil
· Plug and play installation with no modifications required
Cartridge cylinder D 25 mm in Ergal 7075 (20mm for the F20K), with hard anodizing treatment. Pump rod D 12 mm in aluminum 7075, with hard anodic treatment against return spring.
Hydraulic end of stroke with cylinder D 16 mm in Aluminum 7075, with hard anodic treatment, housing at the bottom of the cartridge and adjusted by its own lamellar spring with "Speed sensitive" progression curve.
Dedicated spring for each model, with cataphoresis treatment. Adjustments: Preload of the spring mounted on axial roller bearings, with reference "click" and possibility to adjust without using a tool.
Rebound, with reference "click", and compression, with reference "click" (complete valve replacing the original one included in the kit).
All internal and external components are made of Ergal 7075 aluminum alloy with anodic treatment.
The cartridge is supplied with fork oil specifically designed for racing use.
