This Matris shock absorber is designed for road and track use. Mono-shock of hydraulic type, with 4 adjustments, featuring a separate nitrogen pressurized expansion reservoir. The M46KF version differs from the M46K version due to the separate expansion reservoir connected by a hose. Spring rate adjusted according to the rider's weight.

The elements, whether fixed or movable, are machined from solid lightweight Ergal 7075 aluminum and undergo a hard anodized surface treatment.

The cylinder and pistons made of 7075 aluminum are subjected to hard anodization for better wear resistance. Adjustment star made of alloy steel, with added hard chrome.
Lower mounting type ball joint or fork, machined from solid 7075 aluminum and anodized.

Spring preload with nut and lock nut adjustment system composed of 2 separate groups:
1 - Extension adjustment
2 - Compression adjustment
3 - Rebound adjustment
4 - Adjustable motorcycle seat height

Suspension system with springs of different rates.

The KF version has a separate pressurized expansion reservoir (connected by hose).

Available options:
- Hydraulic spring compression adjustment available as an option, with 3 different types of actuators.
