This Matris shock absorber is designed for street and track use. It is a hydraulic mono-shock with 4 settings, equipped with a separate, pressurized nitrogen expansion tank. The M46KF version differs from the M46K version by the separate expansion tank, which is connected via a hose. Spring hardness depending on rider weight.The fixed or movable parts are machined from lightweight Ergal 7075 aluminum and receive a hard anodized surface treatment.Cylinder and piston made of 7075 aluminum are subjected to hard anodization to ensure better wear resistance. Adjustment star made of alloy steel with a hard chrome content. Lower mounting in ball or fork design, machined from 7075 aluminum and anodized.Spring preload with lock nut, an adjustment system consisting of 2 separate groups: 1 - Extension adjustment 2 - Compression adjustment 3 - Damping adjustment 4 - Adjustable seat height of the motorcycleSpring system with differently tuned springs.The KF version has the separate pressurized expansion tank (connection via hose).Available options: - Hydraulic adjustment of spring compression optional, with 3 different types of actuators. - DARK version (black) available on request (+20.20 €), option code black OPTIONAMORT.
