Matris has developed this shock absorber for road use. Economical yet extremely effective, this monoshock is hydraulic, with an integrated nitrogen-pressurized expansion reservoir.
The fixed or moving elements are machined from lightweight Ergal 7075 aluminum and undergo a hard anodized surface treatment.
The cylinder and pistons made of 7075 aluminum are subjected to hard anodizing for better wear resistance.
Adjustment star made of alloy steel, with hard chrome addition.
Lower mounting of the ball joint or fork type, machined from 7075 aluminum and anodized.
Spring preload with nut and locknut, with the possibility of adding hydraulic preload adjustment.
